Hi, I'm leaving China soon and I would like to come to Manila and apply for a student X. I want to know if it is possible to do if I have the 30 days free visa since my passport is eligible for 30 days free entry. I'm from Democratic Republic of Congo.

Hi, if you don't have the Philippines residence permit, you cannot apply for Chinese X type from the embassy in there. You are advised to make the application from your home country.
