About:

I will be touching down at Pudong Int'l airport about 4pm in october .

Is there airport bus from airport to Shanghai railway station at this time?
Can I get the train ticket on the very day to Ningbo on Saturday?

Yes, of course. You can take airport bus line 1 to SH Hongqiao Railway Station where the trains depart and you’d better book the tickets in advance because there are a lot of passengers on Saturday.
