can a ukrainian passport holder apply for a business visa in bangkok ?

Hi , I want to apply for a business M for China. I do have an invitation letter from a company . What else do I need besides these documents? : 1. Passport  . 2. Photocopy of passport page and Thai entry permit or Immigration stamp. 3. Photocopy of your latest China entry permit. 4. Invitation letter . 5. Hotel reservations in China . 6. A Plane ticket from Bangkok to China. And also how long can it take ? Thank you very much in advance
