About:China Transit Visa

Indonesian transit through shanghai

Hi, my helper who is Indonesian will be travelling with us to japan. The flight will transit through pudong airport in Shanghai. We do not plan to leave the airport. Does she need any visa?

Christina, if your layover time in Shanghai is within 24 hours, your Indonesian helper can enjoy 24 h twov in Shanghai. No visa is needed. Nice trip.
