About:China Transit Visa

Does a passenger traveling from Jinan to Chengdu and to Dubai and Nairobi need a transit visa?

If you have Kenya passport, and if your total layover in Jinan and Chengdu is within 24 hours, you can enjoy 24h twov. No visa is needed then.
