About:China Visa on Arrival

on arrival visa. Hello, I am an American wanting to visit my wife in Guangzhou for 3 days

is it possible for me to get an on arrival visa? How many times can i get a 72 hour free transit?

You cannot if you are not in transit. The 72-hour TWOV is not a visa and there's no limit on how many times you can use it.
