About:China Great Wall

I would like to visit the Jinshanling section of the Great Wall.

As I live in Hebei I have visited Beijing many times and would instead like to stay overnight in Chengde to see a new city.
Is travel from Chengde to Jinshanling - and back again - convenient? Or is it better to make a day trip from Beijing?

Yes, it’s convenient to Jinshanling from Chengde because it is located in the Luanping County, Chengde City. You can take the bus to Luanping in the Chengde West Bus Station and then take a taxi to the Booking office of the Jinshanling scenic area.
