About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Norway - Beijing - Hong Kong - Beijing - Norway

I have a one entry visa, travelling from Norway to Beijing (10 days) to Hong Kong (4 days). One my way home to Norway, i have to spend the night at airport hotel in Beijing.
Will the 24 hour free transit apply here?

On your way back, you are able to use the 24 h twov in Beijing. Nice trip.
