Travelling from Norway to Shangai using the 144 hour free transit

Im looking at doing this route:

Bergen/Norway - Copenhagen/Denmark - Shanghai/China
then staying 5 days in Shanghai before leaving to Hong Kong and stay there for 2 days, after that return this route HongKong - Munich/Germany - Bergen/Norway

is this ok with the 144 free transit? We will have confirmed tickets, but not confirmed seats (we dont get seats until we check in, which is quite normal I assume??)
