About:China Visa on Arrival

How many times can I apply for voa?

Of I get a voa for Shenzhen, stay for 5 days, leave Shenzhen after those 5 days and I want to apply for it again after 3 days, is that possible? I want to go to Hongkong for 3 days and go back to Shenzhen again with a voa. Can anyone tell me?
