question on non-stop flight

Question

Dear, i plan to fly Emirates from Lisbon to Shanghai with a transit in Dubai. From Shanghai i will fly onward to the Philippines with a different carrier. However i am bit confused about the wording of non-stop flights. Will this flight be eligible for a 144 hour transit visa even tho my flight from Lisbon to Shanghai is not non-stop as it has a transit in Dubai?

For the chinese immigration you fly Dubai - Shanghai - Philippines (the flight prior to Dubai doesn't care them) and this flights are fine for the 144h twov.
