About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

question. Do i need a visa or do i qualify for free transit?

Hello i am traveling from LA to Tokyo but have a 3 hour layover in Beijing. On my return back to LA i will be flying from HongKong and have a 3 hour layover in Beijing again back to LA.

Hi, you qualify for free transit in Beijing in both directions. No visa is needed. Nice trip.
