About:Marriage Registration in China

Hi, i am a single mom,if i marry a chinese man ,can he adopt my child?

Iam a filipina .i am a single mother.If i marry chinese,deos my child can be his legal child also?

Hi, you are advised to get your marriage certificate authenticated from the China embassy in your country. After that, your marriage relationship will be accepted by Chinese government. Your husband can adopt your child.
