Where can I buy the 48h option for the sightseeing bus?

I will stay at the Hotel Equatorial. Where is the best place to join the sightseeing bus and where I can buy the 48h option?

The ticket can be bought on bus, and you are suggested to go to East Nanjing Rd to take the bus.
