Eligible: Seattle - Beijing - Seoul - Seattle?
I will visit Beijing from Tuesday 20:00 until Friday 14:00, returning to Seattle via Seoul (3 hour layover). Does this qualify for transit visa? All flights are on one Delta itinerary, with the flight from Beijing to Seoul operated by Korean Air.
