2-Hour Layover in Beijing and a 5-Hour Layover in Guangzhou

I am a Philippine passport holder, i am travelling back to Philippines from Yerevan. I have 4 connecting flights from here to Manila. From here, I have 2-Hour Layover in Beijing from Moscow (SVO) and a 5-Hour Layover in Guangzhou from Beijing, do i need to secure a transit visa?
