About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

72 Hour Visa Free with Norwegian passport

While Norway is part of the Schengen zone, I do not see it listed specifically here. Is entry permit required for the 72 Hour free transit into Shanghai?

Norwegians are not eligible for the 72 or 144 hours transit without visa, and require a visa in advance.

Thanks for the reply. Any idea how much this visa? I'd like to visit for one day while stopping over to Australia, but only at a reasonable cost.

As far as I know, Norwegians do qualify for 24 hours transit without visa.
