Where is a special counter for tickets collection at Beijing West Railway Station?

There seems no special counter for collection, but if you are in a hurry, I think there is a window on 1F where travelers who need to catch a ride in 30min can use it. You can just find one with shorter queue. But usually people use same counter for both collection and purchase.
