travel visa-free (144-hour free transit ) from Shanghai to Beijing (by train)

Dear,

In April 2019 I'll travel from Amsterdam, the Netherlands to Manila, Philippines. On my return flight from Manilla I will make a stopover in Shanghai for 6 days (144-hour free transit).
Is it possible to travel visa-free from Shanghai to Beijing (by train). I fly back to Amsterdam from Shaghai.
