visa on arrival in shenzhen. hi i'm indonesian passport holder.

can i go to guangzhou with VOA in shenzhen? my fight through hongkong. thanks

You are not allowed to leave Shenzhen with a Shenzhen VOA, so you cannot go to Guangzhou.
