Baggage allowance for domestic routes in Sichuan airlines

In addition to the 5KG limit of carry on baggage, is an additional laptop bag/backpack allowed? The backpack will have a laptop only.

The policy says only one piece of luggage, but generally speaking, it should be fine if you still have an extra laptop with you. I used to see travelers board with one carry on bag and also an extra small handbag. So laptop bag should be fine
