can i bring my large size suitcase sizing at 30.8 x 20.47 x 10.3 inches in Ztrain ?? is this free?
can i bring 2 stroller for my 2 kids ? is this free? i will be getting 4 soft sleeper train for 4 of us

Yes, you can and it's free. You can take strollers for free. Actually, the railway staff is not strict with luggage as long as it does not contain prohibited items.
