About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

144 hour visa free eligibility

I plan to fly from Nantes (France) to Amsterdam then change plan in Amsterdam to fly to Shanghai. Less than 144 hours after arrival, I plan to fly out from Shanghai to Paris. Am I eligible for 144 hour free transit?

As I understand it, I am eligible for 144 hour free transit because the last leg of my journey to Shanghai originates in Holland (country A) and my destination after leaving Shanghai is France (country C).

I would be grateful for your confirmation. Please include my question in your response, because I need to show it to my travel agent and at airports.

Thank you.

Hi, your trip of Nantes (France)-Amsterdam-Shanghai(less than 144 hours)-Paris will be fine for the 144 hour free transit in Shanghai. No need to worry. Nice trip.
