About:China Visa Exemption

Norwegian traveling to Hong Kong.

Hi! I'm going to travel from Norway to Hong Kong on june 20th, but it's not a direct flight. I have to make a stop in Denmark, then another in Shanghai for 2 hours before I take the plane to HK from there. Do I need a visa or will the 24 hour free transit work for me?
