About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Does my itinerary fit 144 visa free rule?

Hello,
A French national, I plan to visit Shanghai on the basis of the 144hour free rule. But I am unsure if my itinerary fits the rule:
Nantes (France) – Amsterdam (for change of plane) Shanghai (on 15 July)
Shanghai Paris (France) by direct flight (on 21 July)

Please would you let me know if the above itinerary conforms to the 144 hour free rules.
Thank you
