About:144-hour Visa-free Transit in Beijing, Tianjin & Hebei

New Zealand Citizen stop over Pudong Airport connecting to Beijing.

I'm planning to stay 3 nights tour in BJ then take a train or fly from BJ to Mongolia.Is this considered 144 hrs free visa

No. Two stops in China limits you to 24 hours transit without visa.
