HOTEL BOOKING. please what do I do?

I wish to apply for an F visa for a 3-month study exchange in a Chinese University. one of the requirements is Hotel booking and I can't possibly stay in a hotel for 3 months.

If so, you can ask your inviter to provide you an invitation letter. If you can get it, you don't have to provide the hotel booking for that.
