I’m going to Beijing Suzhou Wuxi Shanghai and Hangzhou from April 11 to 24. Will the weather be suitable to wear crop pants?

The weather in April would still be a little cold in China, and the average temperature will be 9 ℃ - 20 ℃. It is suitable to wear crop pants if the weather is good, and I suggest you bring a thin coat as it is much colder in the morning and night.
