About:Visa Policy of China

Togolese passport to Manilla

Hi I hold a passport from Togo I am a permanent resident of Canada, I am going to Manilla (i do not need a visa to go to that country). Do I need a transit visa if I am doing a layover in Shanghai ?

If the layover is not over 24 hours, you don't need it.
