About:Chinese Embassy in Togo

Hi sir,
I am a togolese citizen studying in the Philippines. I came here in November 2006 with my passport issued in jan 2006. It's expiring in Jan 2011, and I need to renew it in December to extend my student visa here in the philippines.
I would like to know how i could get to china to renew my passport, and if you are offering that service for nationals.
In case it's not possible, pls let me know how i could get it down, without possibly going back to Lome, coz the ticket is expensive and am graduating in March 2011.

If there is Togolese embassy in Manila, Philippines, you can go there to renew your passport, it is not wise for you to go to Beijing to renew your passport, even though the Togolese Embassy in Beijing, China accept your passport renewal application, it takes about 1 month for processing, you have to wait for it in Beijing for 1 month.

thanks for the information, but as you can see, we don't have an embassy here in manila, only a consulate which only gives visa to people going to Togo. So it's either i go to beijing or go back to Togo. Last time we checked around april, they said that they don't have the machine to make the new passport... so money wise, beijing will be cheaper than going back to Togo. If you know any information pls confirm it to me...
