I have a start up solar energy company here in Lome and I am planning a business trip to solar panel manufacturer in china and want to know how much the application cost and how long it would take your office in Lome-Togo to process my application. Please give me step by step approach.Thank you

It takes about 1 week for processing, it costs about 30 US$ for single entry. For a business trip, you first need to get an original invitation letter from a solar panel manufacturer and an original 'Invitation Letter of A Duly Authorized Unit' or 'Confirmation of Invitation Letter' (the manufaturer should get this invitation letter from the local Foreign Trade and Economic Cooperation Bureau). You also need to provide your business registration certificate, business license, tax certificate and bank sttaement.
