About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit FAQ

Madrid - Shanghai - Madrid

I want to fly from Madrid - Shanghai, and fly back to Madrid within 72 hours.

Can I apply for a 72 hour free transit even though I am not in transit to a "third country"?
