using 2 times 72hours visa in 2 weeks?

Hi,
we will have to different tickets. One is from Germany to Shanghai and the next is from Shanghai to Sydney 2 days later. At our return trip we come from Sydney to Beijing and we want to leave Beijing two days later to Germany on a second ticket. The time between is about 14 days. Any problems with that?
