About:China Family Reunion Visa

Work permission

Hello. I married a chinese man for 6 years. Could anyone kindly tell me if I can have part time job on Q1? Is it true that I have to apply for complicated work visa? I'm just curious that is chinese law this senseless not let me work a part time? Thanks in advance!

Yura, as I know, a foreigner cannot work in mainland China legally under a Q1 type. As for the part-time job, you can call the exit and entry administration of the local PSB to inquire if you are allowed to do that.

Thank you for replying in no time. One more question always wanted to know: Can I do medical examination in my home country? as mentioned im a q1 holder.

If you will make the application in mainland China, I'm afraid you cannot do medical examination in your home country. You are supposed to do that within China.
