About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

San Francisco-Shanghai-Seoul-Shanghai

Hello, I am a US Citizen and traveling from U.S./San Francisco to Shanghai, stay for 6 days, then go to Seoul for 4 days, then back to Shanghai for 6 days, then back to U.S., does this count as the 144 free transit? Key is I'm going back to SH after Seoul. Thanks!!
