Hi, Tourist Visa

I applied and received entry permit last year for China, I have visited once. I wish to return, my visa is valid until Aug 2019, is a Tourist L, it also has an M after the 'entries'.
Can I just find a flight and go to China or do I need to fill in forms as to where I am going etc?
