is that possible to take visa now from nepal?now we’re in nepal my wife travel with me she has Nepali passport with us green Card.or we can take visa from USA too Please let me know what is the best process?

Generally, you should apply for your visa within three months before your departure for China. So it's too early to apply now. I advise you to apply for it around October.
