About:Chinese Embassy in Nepal

We are going to travel peking for a week on December 3rd

is that possible to take visa now from nepal?now we’re in nepal my wife travel with me she has Nepali passport with us green Card.or we can take visa from USA too
Please let me know what is the best process?
