About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

transit on two different airlines - urgent

i want to travel from frankfurt to beijing and then on 4 days later beijing to copenhagen. first leg is with lufthansa and second is with sas on two different tickets.they are both "star alliance" but they do not fly the other companys route, so same airline is not possible for this.

IS it then no longer a transit?
