About:China Transit Visa

New Zealand-Guangzhou-Hong Kong-Guangzhou- Philippines

Hi there, I'm travelling from New Zealand to Philippines but I will be staying in Guangzhou for 4 night so I decided to also visit Hong Kong on the 3rd day and then back to Guangzhou for my flight. I'm confused whether to apply for a single entry or multiple entry to mainland China.
I have a Philippine passport.

Hi, if your second layover in Guangzhou is within 24 hours, you are able to use the 24 hr direct transit. In this case, you only need to apply for a single entry visa for Guangzhou.
