I arrive at Beijing Capital Airport terminal 3 at 22:15 hours.

Allowing to clear customs / immigration and pick up my bags will the shuttle buses still be running to get to the Novotel Peace hotel that late at night.

Don't worry. There are two Shuttle Bus Night Lines that operate from 00:00 to the last domestic flight arrival. Thus you can catch it.
