Hi Travel to Shanghai

I am travelling to Shanhai from Madrid but I live in the U.K., I am there from Sunday at 3.30 pm and leave Wednesday at midnight do I need a visa

If you fly Madrid-Shanghai-Madrid then you need a visa because you’re not in transit.
