Can you advise where to buy Jiuzhaigou tickets/tours?

I really just want a ticket, but if this is not possible where can a foreigner buy the cheapest tour? Does Qunar or Fliggy tolerate foreigners? They seem to be selling ticket and sightseeing bus packages. Thanks.
