Health certificate. Hi! Where can I get health certificate in Manila?

What hospital? I'm gonna apply for X1. As per the guidelines by the school, they need the health certificate and blood test results in our country and that will be submitted to the Beijing Health and Quarantine to obtain health certificate which will be required for residence permit.

You cannot get health certificate from any hospital in Manila. You should go to the designated hospital for that. You can call the embassy to check which one you should go.
