collection of train tickets for booking

Question

If I am travelling from Beijing to Hangzhou, can i book my tickets now and collect them on 29 May when i have reached Beijing at any train station? Or will it be more convenient to book the tickets when i reach china.

If you booked online in advance, you can collect it at a railway station counter at any time by holding ticket number and passports. You can also do it at a station directly, but if possible, a few days in advance would be better. If you decide to buy it after your arrval in Beijing, it is recommended to check the availability more often online when the travel date is approaching.
