extension of s1 visa

currently i have residence permit which validity is same as my husbands residence permit that is 30 sept 2018.
i am on s1.
my husband is on x1.
his residence permit will be extend after submitting fees of next year.
can i also able to extend my residence permit?
or i need to go back to my home country and again apply for s1?

Yes, Muniba, you can extend your residence permit. No need to go back to your home country if it can be done within China. Just give it a try!
