I-to-I transit in Terminal 3 at Beijing Capital Airport - Access to restaurants?

I am arriving into PEK on United 807 from Washington Dulles (IAD) at 1440 and have a connection to Ulaanbaatar (ULN) on MIAT at 2130. Once I go through the Security Inspection in the special passage and I am now waiting for my flight, am I in Terminal 3 general area with all the restaurants or am I in some holding area without access food/beverage?
