i-to-i transit in terminal 3 at beijing capital airport - access to restaurants?

Question

I am arriving into PEK on United 807 from Washington Dulles (IAD) at 1440 and have a connection to Ulaanbaatar (ULN) on MIAT at 2130. Once I go through the Security Inspection in the special passage and I am now waiting for my flight, am I in Terminal 3 general area with all the restaurants or am I in some holding area without access food/beverage? I have found out some information online about the restaurants. If you are at T3E International waiting area, there are about 8 restaurants in service, such as Pizza Hut, KFC, Starbucks and so on. If not, you can tell me your position.
