Best interchange station from Line 3 to Hongqiao Terminal 2

H,i I am wanting to know what interchange station would be best to get from Line 3 to arrive at Hongqiao airport Terminal 2. It would appear that I could change from line 3 at Zhongshan Park to line 2 . OR change from line 3 to line 10 at Hongqiao road. I would have only carryon luggage. Thank you
