About:Visa Policy of China

Transiting through Guangzhou and Urumqi

We are travelling from Australia to Kazakhstan via China, with approx maximum layover times of 10hrs in Urumqi and Guangzhou, do we need to organize a transit Visa before we leave Australia? or can it be don't once we arrive?

Clint, there is only 2-hour free transit in Urumqi, so you cannot enjoy the free transit policy. You need to apply for a visa for the trip beforehand.
