About:China Visa Entries / Validity / Duration of Stay

Stay for a year

I was offered a job and the contract is a year long. I think I have to get a tourist visa for my employer, what one should I apply for to be able to stay a full year?

Hi, if you will work in mainland China, you need to apply for a work Z type from the China embassy or consulate in your country. After entering China under the Z type, you can apply for a residence permit which allows you to stay in China for about a year.
