About:Overstaying in China & Penalty

Overstayed my 72 hour by 4 days

Hi ,

I have overstayed my 72 hour transit visa by 4 days? What can I do or what will happen to me? Please help.

You can report your situation to the local police station, and then pay the fine CNY500 per day; the capped amount won’t exceed CNY10,000. Afterwards, you can apply for an exit pass to leave China.
